Where can I download my plugins?

How often are your plugins updated?
Each time a new version of WordPress or Joomla is released, we check our plugins for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if it is required. Also we update our plugins any time we discover a bug or a new feature has been added to the plugin.
What kind of support do you provide?
Support is provided via email. Questions are generally answered within 24 hours, with the exception of Hungarian holidays. We answer questions related to our plugins, their usage and provide minor customization guidance. Regretfully we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins.
Can I get a refund?
We generally do not offer refunds, as there is no way to return a digital product. Unfortunately, it is one of the few tools we have to combat internet fraud. If you are experiencing any difficulty with the theme, we are more than happy to provide support and resolve the situation. If your circumstance can’t be resolved with support, you are welcome to contact us with an explanation of your situation.
Can I re-distribute my license?
Can I upgrade my package?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time to any other of our package you want. You'll only need to pay the difference between your current package and the one you want. For more details contact us directly.
Why was I charged?
Nextend employs an annual support subscription at the rate of the purchased product for continual access to support, services and updates. Of course you can cancel anytime. Also before charging the fee you will get a notification email.
