Nextendweb’s OPERATIONS
Nextendweb Kft. (“Nextendweb”) publishes and collects information and communicates to third parties through different sites (such as Nextendweb’s website, Nextendweb’s software applications, Nextendweb’s social profiles in social media pages and HTML-formatted e-mail messages), as well as through other marketing activities (collectively, the “Channels”).
All the contents of the Channels are subject to the provisions of this section (Legal Information) and the terms and conditions of the respective services (common and specific, as applicable), including Privacy and Cookies policies.
Nextendweb reserves the right to (i) suspend, interrupt and deny access or use of the Channels, partially or completely; (ii) amend the offered products and services or their terms, subject to the common and specific terms and conditions applicable to each of them; (iii) amend the terms and conditions for access and use of the Channels and their configuration or technical specifications; and (iv) delete, change, amend or update any information contained or referred to herein, all the above at Nextendweb’s discretion at any time and without notice.

Nextendweb is not making any representation or warranty or undertaking any obligation unless expressly stated in writing.
We have no control over third party’s websites to which hyperlinks or links are included in the Channels. Access to them using the Channels does not imply any recommendation by Nextendweb nor triggers any obligation or liability for us.
Nextendweb reserves the unilateral right to prohibit, restrict or require the cancellation of links that point to the Channels when deemed appropriate, by means of simple notice to the owner of the website, without in any way being obliged to pay any compensation for this reason.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights to the software offered by Nextendweb in the Channels, and of the industrial and intellectual property rights associated with its contents are the property of Nextendweb , without prejudice to the software code of WordPress plugins or Joomla extensions released under the GPLv3 (or later) license as explicitly indicated in said code.
The information contained in the Channels (regardless of the format) is protected by industrial and intellectual property rights belonging to Nextendweb or third parties. No rights in favor of third parties in relation to this industrial and intellectual property rights shall be deemed granted unless expressly granted in the Sites or by other means in writing.
Therefore, the reproduction, transformation, distribution, communication, public dissemination and, in general, any form of development of all or part of the contents of the Channels is strictly prohibited, unless with the express and written authorization of Nextendweb.
LIABILITY
Nextendweb, its directors, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for (i) any statements, errors or omissions contained in the Channels or information accessible through them; (ii) any direct or indirect, consequential, punitive or other damages arising from the access or use of the Channels or any actions or omissions resulting from information made available herein; (iii) any contents or the state of third parties websites to which the Channels lead to through hyperlinks, links or otherwise; (iv) any harmful computer elements that could damage or alter the computer system or user files of users of this website or third parties; and (v) the continuity of access or not to the Channels.
You shall be held liable for losses and damages of any kind said use may cause to us in breach of laws or of the terms and conditions of use of the Channels. You expressly accept so by using the Channels.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Under any and all circumstances, the terms and conditions of (i) the use of the Channels (including of access to them ) and (ii) the licenses and services offered by Nextendweb, will be governed by Hungarian law (without application of conflict of law rules). Any dispute or controversy related thereto shall be submitted to the courts of the City of Gyor, Hungary. By using the Channels, the users expressly accept said applicable law and jurisdiction.
